Winston & Strawn, an international law firm, has signed a 56,000-square-foot lease for floors eight and nine at PwC Tower, an upcoming 20-story office building in Dallas. The 500,000-square-foot high-rise is part of the 916,000-square-foot mixed-use Park District project scheduled for completion in the second quarter.

The office development, located at 2101 N. Pearl St., will feature about 7,000 square feet of ground-level retail space, four levels of underground parking, a fitness center, collaborative workspaces and restaurants. A plaza designed by the Office of James Burnett will connect the tower to a 34-story residential building housing 228 luxury units. Trammell Crow Co. teamed up with MetLife to develop PwC Tower at Park District, while High Street Residential, a subsidiary of TCC, is the contractor.

CBRE’s Dennis Barnes, Clay Gilbert and Shannon Brown negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord. CBRE’s Phil Puckett, Harlan Davis, Neal Puckett and Nancy Pacher represented the tenant. Last year, Barnes was selected to oversee the leasing duties at The Epic, an upcoming mixed-use Dallas development slated for completion by 2019.
