Casinos and self-storage had the highest average AFFO payout ratio, at 103.2 and 101.5 percent, respectively. On the other hand, manufactured homes and hotels had the lowest payout ratios, at 66.3 and 56.6 percent. Although the hotel sector had the lowest AFFO payout ratio, its average dividend yield of 5.0 percent was higher than several other sectors, including self-storage, shopping centers, multifamily and office.
