Residence Inn by Marriott Opens in Miami
The 19-story property is situated in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach, one of the top ten destinations in the U.S. The hotel is close to Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

Marriott’s Residence Inn brand has opened Residence Inn Miami Sunny Isles Beach, a 194-key hotel in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach.
Located at 17700 Collins Ave., the 19-story building is situated between major Miami shopping destinations including Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour Shops. Additionally, the property is in close proximity to Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
Top 10 destination
Residence Inn Miami Sunny Isles Beach offers fully equipped kitchens, floor-to-ceiling windows, breakfast buffet, free Wi-Fi, on-site laundry facilities, swimming pool and a pool lounge. The pet-friendly hotel features all-studio suites and a restaurant with a variety of dishes from salads, pizzas, sandwiches and desserts. Additionally, more than 9,000 square feet of rooftop decks and three flexible conference spaces are available on site.
“Over recent years, Sunny Isles Beach has emerged as the ultimate South Florida destination,” Chade Brunton of Marriott International Inc., said in a statement. “The city is ranked number one of Top Ten U.S. Destinations by TripAdvisor TravelCast and we are excited to be part of the city’s growth.”
Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design designed the modern property. Marriott’s latest development was Residence Inn Salt Lake City-West Jordan, a 99-key all-suite hotel owned and managed by Utah Hospitality of Aberdeen, S.D.
