Carrollton, Texas—Revolution Retail Systems has recently moved into Valwood 33, a 63,055-square-foot space at Valwood Industrial Park in Carrollton, Texas. The new location includes a warehouse and 40,000 square feet of office space—the key feature that determined a fast move-in for the company.
“They needed every bit of the office space. It would have taken a considerable amount of time and money to re-create the office in more traditional warehouse space,” Brian Pafford, senior vice president & managing partner of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, said in a prepared statement.
The single-story property in Valwood Industrial Park was constructed in 2002 as a build-to-suit for Trane Corp., the former tenant. The building features a 24-foot clear height, sprinkler system and 230 parking spaces and it’s located on a 7.5-acre lot that offers easy access to Interstates 35 and 635 and the President George Bush Turnpike.
Revolution Retail Systems’ new headquarters and distribution center is situated at 1400 Valwood Parkway in Carrollton, Texas, right behind its previous location at 1400 Hutton Drive, a space smaller by 53,699 square feet.
Pafford and Jason Miller, vice president at Bradford, represented the landlord, RCI Valwood, while Bob Luttrell of Jackson Cooksey Inc. worked for the tenant. The long-term lease was finalized in less than three months.
