Rexford Industrial Buys LA-Area Industrial Park for $92M

JLL Capital Markets represented the company in the off-market transaction.

In a $91.5 million off-market deal, Rexford Industrial Realty has purchased two Class A industrial buildings totaling 182,782 square feet at 6027 and 6000-6052 Bandini Blvd. in Commerce, Calif. Accedo Capital Group was the seller, according to CommercialEdge data. JLL represented the buyer in the sale.

Built in 2015 and 2016, the fully leased industrial park has dock-high loading, gated and secured truck courts and 32-foot clear heights. According to CommercialEdge data, the 6000-6052 Bandini Blvd. building also features a two-level office build-out component and 50 parking spaces in a 0.43 spaces per 1,000 square feet parking ratio. Tenants include West Coast Imports and Studio Designs.

Located less than 10 miles southeast of downtown L.A., the industrial park is in an area full of industrial buildings and warehouses, with neighbors such as FedEx, Evolution Logistics and HD Buttercup.

Senior Managing Director Zac Sakowski, Director Chad Solomon and Vice President Brianna Demus led the JLL team that represented Rexford Industrial Realty in the sale.

As part of a seven-property investment totaling $661 million earlier in June and July of this year, Rexford Industrial Realty also purchased the nearby 6996 and 7044 Bandini Blvd., for a combined $40.5 million.
