Tempe, Ariz.–The renovation of Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row was recently completed by LGE Design Build. The Tempe live country music venue offers a bar and restaurant, with steady food service that includes lunch, happy hour, and dinner.

Located at 640 S. Mill Ave., Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row was designed by Phoenix-based AV3 Design Studio. The Tempe venue offers guests a stage and sound system destined to accommodate a country music DJ and live acts.

LGE Design Build is involved in all three Dierks Bentley’s locations across the Phoenix metro. The developer was responsible for the construction of the shell for the 4420 N. Saddlebag Trail location in Old Town Scottsdale, while LGE recently broke ground on a new location in downtown Gilbert. The company broke ground on an 8,724-square-foot venue at 323 N. Gilbert Road, that will feature a 4,732-square-foot patio. Completion on that project is estimated for the final quarter of 2016.

Riot Hospitality owns and operates the Whiskey Row restaurants. According to LGE Design Build David Seller, the company is “proud of our long-term relationship with Riot Hospitality”, also pointing out that each Whiskey Row location in Arizona is tailored to fit its surroundings.
