San Diego Developer Adds Ryan Herrell as Vice President

The company is in the midst of developing a number of high-end projects across the San Diego metro.

San Diego– Local development and investment company Zephyr Partners recently announced the appointment of Ryan Herrell as the new vice president of urban development. The company is in the midst of the development process at The Park, a high-profile condominium project taking shape in San Diego’s Bankers Hill.

Previously a director of preconstruction with Ledcor Construction, Herrell handled various property types in urban areas, and managed planning, project development and client relationships during his time there. His professional experience also includes stints as associate vice president with EDGE Development, and as regional manager with Fibwrap Construction. According to Zephyr Co-CEO Brad Termini, Herrell will play a key role in growing the company’s urban projects.

A University of California San Diego alum, Herrell holds a B.A. in structural engineering, and is a LEED AP. Aside from The Park, Zephyr is currently working on a 35-unit luxury condominium development in Carlsbad, as well as on a $50 million mixed-use community occupying a 9-acre parcel in Dana Point known as South Cove.
