Saywitz Promotes Roberts to Director of Leasing

Throughout his seven-year tenure at Saywitz, Roberts has worked in various capacities relating to leasing and tenant relations for the firm’s multifamily portfolio throughout Orange County.

Multifamily expert Bruce Roberts has been promoted to director of leasing for the Newport Beach, Calif.-based Saywitz Co.’s property management apartment division, The Saywitz Properties Group.

Throughout his seven-year tenure at Saywitz, Roberts has worked in various capacities relating to leasing and tenant relations for the firm’s multifamily portfolio throughout Orange County. A native of the area, Roberts lives in Costa Mesa.

“Bruce’s expertise allows us to maintain high occupancy rates during this difficult economic downturn and slow real estate market,” company president Barry Saywitz said when announcing the news. “He’s been integral to the company’s success and business strategies over the past year. His continued efforts in coordinating our new leasing efforts, condo sales, lease renewals and market analysis will play a key factor in our firm’s business plan moving forward.”

Saywitz Properties has more than 50 holdings in Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Tustin, Irvine and Stanton. The division was created in 2000 to acquire, renovate, remodel and manage multifamily apartment complex throughout Southern California.
