Lincoln Court Healthcare Building
A partnership between Seavest Healthcare Properties LLC—part of Seavest Investment Group—and Fleisher Smyth Brokaw LLC has acquired Lincoln Court Healthcare Building, a 18,417-square-foot medical office building located on the campus of the 231-bed acute care Littleton Adventist Hospital in Littleton, Colo., for $4.5 million.
Built in 1999, the Araphoe County assessor’s office most recently evaluated the property at approximately $3 million. Located at 7889 South Lincoln Court, in a fast-growing submarket 15 miles south of Denver, the two-story property is fully leased by dental practices and related service providers.
“This transaction allows us to expand our footprint on the Littleton Adventist Hospital campus and build upon our long and productive relationship with Centura Health,” said Lloyd Mallah, vice president of Seavest, in prepared remarks. “It is a strategic asset that allows us to better meet the needs of the hospital.”
In May 2017, SCL Health announced the opening of a 37,000-square-foot satellite emergency center in Aurora, Colo.
