Siena Hotel Reno to Join Renaissance Flag
The 214-key Renaissance Reno Downtown is slated to open doors next year.

Reno, Nev.—Following an extensive transformation project slated for completion in 2017, the Siena Hotel Reno will join Marriott’s Renaissance collection. The revamping will include upgrades to all guestrooms, as well as meeting rooms, restaurant, bar and fitness area.
At completion, the building will encompass 214 fully renovated rooms and more than 32,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, including a 6,200-square-foot ballroom. In addition, the property will feature a seasonal rooftop pool.
Located at 1 S. Lake St., the hotel will be easily accessible via complimentary transportation to and from Reno-Tahoe International Airport, which is only 3 miles away.
The redevelopment project marks Reno’s first non-gaming, non-smoking, branded, premier full-service hotel.
