Skanska Makes Executive Team Changes

Skanska AB has named its Executive Vice President Anders Danielsson as the new president & CEO of Skanska USA, overseeing the U.S. corporate staff functions and the company’s construction and infrastructure development operations.

Current President & CEO Richard Cavallaro will be moving back to his former role as president & CEO of the Skanska USA Civil Business Unit, replacing Michael Cobelli, who will continue on as a strategic advisor. Cavallaro held his position in the Civil Business Unit from 2009 to 2014. Current CFO Peter Wallin will also be taking on responsibility for Skanska UK. Pierre Olofsson will remain responsible for the Nordic construction units but also take on the Group responsibility for Safety.
