Skanska Partners with GSK on $45M Lab Facility in Pennsylvania
Construction is scheduled to start this month and will be completed by October 2017.

Collegeville, Pa.—Skanska has recently signed a contract worth $45 million with GlaxoSmithKline to renovate the company’s lab and office space at their Collegeville, Pa. location.
The project will include demolishing four floors of existing laboratories, and a new build out of about 100,104 square feet of SMART Lab space. The development follows the success of a similar renovation finished in September 2016. Construction is scheduled to start this month and will be completed by October 2017.
GSK has several facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada, including two locations in Pennsylvania, one in North Carolina, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Quebec.
