New York—SL Green Realty Corp. has recently signed a 15-plus-year lease covering 48,713 square feet with Landmark Worldwide LLC, an international training and development company, at The Olivia (315 W. 33rd St.), in New York City’s Chelsea neighborhood. “We are delighted that Landmark will retain its NYC headquarters at The Olivia,” Steven Durels, executive vice president & director of leasing and real property for SL Green, said in a statement. “Landmark has been a valued tenant since the date the building was constructed in 2000.” Landmark Worldwide will continue to occupy the entire concourse level at the site.
The Olivia, located between 33rd and 34th streets and Eighth and Ninth avenues, is a 36-story, luxury mixed-use tower that is home to commercial tenants such as Music Choice and the AMC Lowes Movie Theatre. The asset incorporates studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and amenities such as a fitness center, rooftop sundeck, attached garage, private outdoor space and Maven+ car-sharing program, according to Stonehenge Management LLC.
