Storage Express Opens 90th Facility

Indianapolis—Storage Express has celebrated the opening of its 90th self-storage facility. The 30,000-square-foot property is located on Hanna Avenue, on the south side of Indianapolis, along I-65 near the I-465 interchange.

The project was developed on a narrow tract of property that was created years ago when the Interstate Right of Way bisected a larger parcel.

The facility, which marks the company’s eighth location in the Indianapolis area, features climate-controlled storage spaces, controlled access, a 24-Hour Rental Center, HD cameras, as well as round-the clock customer service support.

Storage Express continues to grow throughout central and northern Indiana. The company opened four other locations in metro Indianapolis over the past year. A new Storage Express facility is about to open on Madison Avenue, while a 27,000-square-foot expansion is nearing completion at the company’s Indianapolis Mann Road property.

Storage Express owns and operates self-storage properties across Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee and Ohio. The company has offices in Bloomington, Indianapolis and Jeffersonville, Ind. Rentals are centralized out of the company’s Bloomington headquarters.
