David Z. Mafrige Interests has appointed Stream Realty Partners to provide leasing services for World Houston Place, a 216,889-square-foot Class A office building in Houston. Vice President Matt Asvestas and Associate Danielle Rothchild will spearhead Stream’s team, which succeeds Transwestern as the property’s leasing manager, according to CommercialEdge.

The owner picked up the asset back in 2021, the same data provider reveals. The company recently renovated the lobby of the eight-story office building and plans to implement further upgrades, comprising the overhaul of common areas, as well as the addition of a new tenant lounge and fitness center.

Located at 15710 John F. Kennedy Blvd., some 4 miles northeast of George Bush Intercontinental Airport, the site is in proximity of an array of restaurants and hotels. World Houston Place is positioned in the immediate area of major thoroughfares, including Hardy Toll Road, Highway 59, Beltway 8 and Interstate 45.

The property provides signage opportunities, 24-hour controlled access, an on-site courtesy officer, a deli, as well as several garage parking options and an outdoor courtyard. Current tenants include Certus Energy Solutions and Citiline Cafe.

Stream’s leasing and management portfolio comprises more than 10.2 million square feet of office space in the Houston metro and 270 million square feet across the U.S. Recently, the firm brokered a 15-year, 200,000-square-foot lease expansion at Union Investment Real Estate GmbH’s LEED Gold-certified office tower in Dallas.
