Stream Realty Partners has been appointed to lease The Dupree, a 137,818-square-foot Class A office building in Atlanta. Senior Vice President Steve DeVinney, Managing Director Glenn Kolker and Associate Madison McClellan will be marketing the space on behalf of owner Bridge Investment Group.

Available space at The Dupree ranges from 2,000-square-foot suites to 70,000 square feet of contiguous office space, with complete floors available. The building’s sixth floor features move-in ready, furnished speculative suites with a communal hub, designed for growing businesses and companies.

The property recently underwent a $3.4 million renovation, including a new tenant lounge with outdoor patio, conference facility and an upgraded fitness center. The property also features controlled access, passenger elevators and 496 parking spaces.

The office building is located at 6120 Powers Ferry Road NW, within the Cumberland/Galleria submarket. The 7.3-acre site sits near Interstate 258, which provides direct access to the Atlanta Metropolitan Area.

Bridge acquired The Dupree back in 2019 for $12.6 million, according to CommercialEdge data. CEO of Bridge Commercial Real Estate Jeff Shaw said in prepared remarks that the company is aiming to create next-generation environments to meet the needs of tenants today.

At the end of last year, Stream also became the leasing agent for a 216,889-square-foot office building in Houston. The owner purchased and renovated the Class A asset back in 2021.
