Tata Housing Launches Landmark Residential Project in Odisha

Mumbai-based real estate development company Tata Housing has launched Ariana, Bhubaneswar’s first integrated residential complex. Developed in association with the Bhubaneswar Development Authority, the project will be Tata Housing’s first venture in Odisha.

Located in the Shankarpur area, the luxury residential gated community will spread across 12 acres and include 12 towers with integrated landscape, ranging from 14 to 19 stories. Upon completion, the buildings will offer 1-3 BHK (Bedroom Hall Kitchen) well-ventilated homes with magnificent views of the green landscape.

Amenities will include a large amount of open space, jogging trails, water bodies, children’s parks, as well as a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse with a swimming pool, poolside restaurants, a juice bar, fitness center, sauna, spa and badminton court. Residents will also have access to banquet halls, a reading room and an entertainment room.

Designed by international architects Woods Bagot, Indian Green Building Council-certified master plan of Ariana seamlessly blends nature and sophistication. Furthermore, this landmark housing development will offer residents easy access to the BijuPatnaik International Airport and the Khandagiri Square.

According to Brotin Banerjee, MD and CEO of Tata Housing, the real estate industry has recently gained momentum across Odisha with the improvement of its infrastructure.
