Missner Group Delivers Chicago Industrial Facility
The company partnered with Timber Hill Group to complete the Chaddick Industrial Center in the Northeast Cook County submarket. Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership.
After more than one year of construction work, The Missner Group in a joint partnership with Timber Hill Group delivered Chaddick Industrial Center, an 84,000 square-foot industrial facility in Wheeling, Ill. The construction team included Ron Cinkus as senior project manager, Angelo Christopher as general superintendent and Mike Sneddon as project superintendent. Cushman & Wakefield’s Brett Kroner, Keith Puritz and Eric Fischer represented ownership.
The property is located at 1075 Chaddick Drive in the Northeast Cook County submarket and has a precast and glass structure. It features ESFR fire safety system, 30-feet ceiling heights, ten exterior loading docks, drive-in doors and 99 parking spaces. Even before it was completed, the facility was 64 percent leased to a single tenant, leaving 31,000 square feet available.
“The proximity of the site to O’Hare and the Interstate system, as well as its access to a skilled labor force and executive communities, make this a viable project for our portfolio and will make it an attractive option for an industrial user requiring a new, modern facility in a sought-after sub-market,” said Barry Missner, CEO of The Missner Group, in a prepared statement.
Last month, the company broke ground on an office redevelopment in the West Loop.
