Transwestern Adds New SVP in NJ
Robert Vicci brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience to this position. He will handle property management operations for the firm’s Northeast portfolio.
Shortly after adding a new executive in its Phoenix office, Transwestern has hired Robert Vicci as senior vice president. He will be based in the firm’s Florham Park, N.J., office and will oversee property management operations for the Northeast portfolio. Vicci will work closely with the Asset Services team in implementing national initiatives, drive new business pursuits and ensure operational consistency in the region.
Vicci has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Throughout his career, he worked with clients such as Keller Williams Realty, having previously handled operations for the Empire State Building. Before joining Transwestern, he worked as an asset manager for CenterPoint Properties, where he handled operations for a 5 million-square-foot warehouse/flex portfolio. From 2010 to 2016, he was director of space preparation at federal Business Centers. Prior to that, he served as chief operating officer at PATH Medical, as well as vice president of Hull-Vicci Construction Corp. Vicci holds a BA in civil engineering.
