Transwestern Expands Houston Health Care Team
In his new role as executive vice president, Justin Brasell will provide real estate solutions to investors, developers and health-care providers.
Transwestern has expanded their health-care advisory services team in Houston by promoting Justin Brasell to executive vice president. As the leader of the team, Brasell will assist business development efforts, direct local initiatives, coordinate client pursuits, and identify and implement new technologies to support owner and occupier clients of health-care real estate.
Brasell has been with the company for more than 10 years, previously holding positions such as senior associate and vice president. He specializes in providing health-care real estate solutions to investors, developers and health-care providers. His expertise also includes leasing, investment services, development, construction and asset management.
Transwestern’s Houston health care team currently leases and manages 61 properties totaling 4.9 million square feet. Institutions represented by the Houston office include Memorial Hermann, Texas Children’s Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine, University of Texas Health Science Center.
