Transwestern Hires New SVP
Having arranged more than 500 transactions valued at $167 million, Lisa Bovermann will focus on providing agency leasing services to health-care clients in the Houston MSA.

Lisa Bovermann has joined Transwestern’s Healthcare Advisory Services team as senior vice president. In her new position, Bovermann will provide agency leasing services to Houston-area health-care clients.
Previously, she worked at CBRE, being responsible for more than 2.4 million square feet of medical office space. Bovermann has also arranged deals encompassing 1.28 million square feet and valued at $167 million. Memorial Hermann Health System, HCP Inc. and UT Health are just some of her clients.
“I have been involved in health-care real estate for more than a decade and have had the opportunity to work with many service providers,” said Bovermann. “I have always been impressed by how professional and innovative Transwestern has been in the health-care real estate space.”
In another recent deal, Transwestern brokered the $10 million sale of the Oak Hill West office campus in Lafayette, Calif., to private buyer Oak Hill Grove LLC.
