Transwestern Commercial Services has been selected as exclusive leasing agent for Evanston MetroCenter, a 167,937-square-foot office building in Evanston, Ill. TCS has been providing management services at the transit-oriented property since 2016 and was retained by FD Stonewater, which acquired the asset in 2017 for $26.8 million from Farbman Group.

Designed by architect Helmut Jahn, the Class A asset came online in 1984. It is situated at 1007 Church St., one block from the Davis Street Metro station and 13 miles north of Chicago’s central business district. The property’s tenant roster includes Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management administrative offices.

TCS’s team tasked to handle leasing for Evanston MetroCenter includes Executive Vice Presidents Eric Myers and Joe Stevens, Senior Associate John Nelson and Associate Niki Dallianis. Last month, another of the firm’s teams was appointed to lease the top three floors of an underway biomedical building in Phoenix.
