Transwestern Renews Lease at Fullerton Industrial Park
CJ Foods renewed its 127,375-square-foot lease at the Class B industrial facility. Transwestern brokered the transaction on behalf of the owner, Bailard.

Transwestern has completed a 127,375-square-foot lease renewal with CJ Foods at a class B industrial building in Fullerton, Calif. The companybrokered the transaction on behalf of the owner, Bailard. The lease renewal keeps the 254,750-square-foot facility at full occupancy. Transwestern is the manager of the industrial building. The company was also recently appointed by Griffin Capital to manage four office buildings in Las Vegas.
At 675-679 S. Placentia Ave., the facility is located alongside the Orange Freeway, within 35 minutes of Los Angeles and 30 minutes of Irvine via Interstate 5. Built in 1996, the industrial building occupies 12.9 acres and features a dock leveler, dock bumpers, truck court and loading doors, as well as 153 grade-level parking spaces.
“We are pleased that our excellent relationship in both a management and leasing capacity contributed to CJ Foods remaining at Fullerton Industrial,” said Sam Chanin, vice president at Transwestern, in prepared remarks. “With this renewal, Fullerton Industrial remains 100 percent leased in the competitive Orange County industrial market.” Chanin represented the lessor in the transaction.
