Transwestern Taps New NorCal SVP
Blake Peterson has more than 15 years of experience and will lead Transwestern’s office property management services for the region.
Transwestern has hired Blake Peterson as the firm’s senior vice president to oversee property management services for the company’s Northern California portfolio. Peterson’s new position will be focused on expanding Transwestern’s asset services portfolio across the Greater Bay Area. In a similar move, the company recently hired a new vice president to oversee its Seattle operations.
Peterson brings 17 years of experience to her new role. Prior to her move to Transwestern, she worked as a director of asset services with Cushman & Wakefield, where she was responsible for more than 7 million square feet of office space in the San Francisco area. From 2007 to 2014, she served as the general manager for Langley Investment Properties’ Bay Area portfolio. Earlier in her career, she held property management positions with Brandywine Realty Trust and Hines.
“Blake has an outstanding track record overseeing large management portfolios and enhancing the tenant experience at those properties,” Jeff Moeller, senior managing director & market leader for Transwestern’s San Francisco office, said in a prepared statement.
