Tru by Hilton Breaks Ground in NC
Located in Burlington, N.C., this is Parks Hospitality Group's second property to bear this brand. Completion is expected in late 2019.

Parks Hospitality Group broke ground on a Tru by Hilton property in Burlington, N.C. The 101-key hotel will be the first Tru by Hilton in the Piedmont Triad area. The property is slated for completion in late 2019 and will be the second Tru by Hilton brand property in the Parks Hospitality portfolio.
Located at 960 Kirkpatrick Rd., the hotel will be owned and operated by Parks Hospitality Group. It is conveniently located off Interstate 40, near Elon University and Alamance Regional Hospital. The company has plans to break ground on another Tru by Hilton property in Columbia, S.C., in the near future. Common amenities at the property will include mobile check-in, digital key, free Wi-Fi, a social media wall, lobby tablets and a fitness center.
Hilton launched its Tru brand in 2016 in response to demand from owners for innovative, experience-driven hotels at an affordable rate. In August, a joint venture secured a $28.5 million construction loan for a dual brand Tru by Hilton and Home 2 Suites in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
