Unzipped Apparel Sales Renews Bryant Park Lease
The company will continue using the entire eighth floor of 4 Bryant Park as an office and showroom for an additional five years.

New York—Adams & Co. Real Estate LLC completed an 8,832-square-foot lease renewal for Unzipped Apparel Sales Inc., located at 4 Bryant Park. The company will continue using the entire eighth floor as an office and showroom for an additional five years.
“Unzipped Apparel Sales has prospered at 4 Bryant Park for 10 years. The company was first drawn to the building for its location across from Bryant Park, which is easily accessible by subway, train and bus,” David Levy, a principal of Adams & Co., said in prepared remarks. “Since moving to the building, Adams & Co. completed a renovation project that upgraded the property and opened up the stunning views of the park. Considering the company’s history at 4 Bryant Park, the central location and the modern upgrades, Unzipped Apparel Sales seized the opportunity to remain in the building for an additional five years.”
Located between West 40th and West 41st streets, 4 Bryant Park is a 12-story building, previously known as 1071 Avenue of the Americas. The pre-war building was built in 1919 with 179,908 square feet and views of Bryant Park. Notable tenants include Pret a Manger, Bardwil Industries Inc., Free Country Ltd. and Sharp Entertainment.
Levy represented both the tenant and the landlord, Ten Seventy One Associates, in the transaction. While the full details were not disclosed, asking rent was $66 per square foot.
