Urban Loft Seating Collection Combines Form With Function

KFI Seating, a manufacturer offering tables, chairs and upholstery, released the Urban Loft Collection, a selection of cafe tables with distinctive vintage wood table tops. The warm yet industrial combination of wood and cast iron meshes with design schemes ranging from rustic to sleek. With wood sourced from poplar trees, no two table tops are alike in color and grain.

Knots and saw cuts add to the vintage look of the tables, which are hand-rubbed with a stain in choices of natural, barn wood or espresso. The top coat on each table is a UV-cured, water-based finish which is resistant to spills, stains, water and abrasions. The technology that produces this finish minimizes hazardous air pollution, and the resulting top coat is eco-friendly and formaldehyde free.

The tables are available in a variety of square, round and rectangle sizes, as well as choices of occasional 17-inch, cafe 29-inch, counter 36-inch or bar 41-inch heights. The cast iron bases are offered in black silver, and include choices of a round base, arched base, square base or X-shaped base.

With a variety of choices for height, table top finish, and leg options, KFI’s Urban Loft tables can work just as well in an office break room as they would in a trendy bar, all while meeting the commercial needs for durability and environmental responsibility.
