The newest Cypress Waters Development building

UWorld, a company specializing in exam preparation and e-learning, will relocate its office to the Cypress Waters master-planned development in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The new 50,000-square-foot space is located on the third floor of 9111 Cypress Waters Blvd. The company will move there in January 2018, from its current home at 545 E. John Carpenter Fwy., Suite 1600.

Since UWorld has recently launched its SAT, MCAT, and College Prep products, we needed a space that could accommodate our rapid employee growth. The modern facilities and the proximity to retail provide our employees exactly what they need,” said Chandra Pemmasani, CEO of UWorld, in a prepared statement. The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is located five minutes from the new location, while downtown Dallas is a 25-minute car ride away.

Growing Community at Cypress Waters

Cypress Waters is a 1,000-acre master-planned community that’s being developed by Billingsley Co. The community will feature 4.5 million square feet of office space, 150,000 square feet of retail and 10,000 multifamily units. The project’s tenant roster includes 7-Eleven, CoreLogic, OneSource, Toyota Finance, BT America and Brinker International. The most recent finalized project at Cypress Waters is the facility that UWorld is relocating to, a 215,000-square-foot, four-story building designed by GFF Architects.

Demand has not slowed much during the summer months, counter to typical seasonal slowdowns we tend to experience. We completed this spec building in May and it is already 95% leased,” said Lucy Burns, partner at Billingsley Co., in a prepared statement.
