Divaris Real Estate has unveiled plans for the renovation of Corporate Center IV, a 76,012-square-foot office building in Virginia Beach, Va. Since November 2022, a local investment group known as OSS Village Avenue LLC is the owner of the property.

Having served as Optima Health‘s headquarters for the past two decades, the building is scheduled to be vacated by the end of May. Divaris will be in charge of leasing the property.

The revitalization project will include revamping the property’s two-story lobby and common areas. Plans call for interior renovations, including upgraded flooring, wall coverings, furniture and artwork.

Currently, tenants seeking to relocate nearer to Town Center face limited options in the market, according to Divaris. The company’s Senior Vice Presidents Vivian Turok and Jason Oliver, along with Associate Ashley Beck will be overseeing the leasing activity at Corporate Center IV.
