Belvedere Acquisition has selected NAI Merin Hunter Codman to oversee the leasing, property management and construction management duties of Palm Beach International Plaza, a 111,000-square-foot office campus in West Palm Beach, Fla. Additionally, the commercial real estate services company will also oversee the renovation and rebranding of the two buildings.

The property is located at 1601 Belvedere Road, less than a mile from Interstate 95 and roughly two miles from Palm Beach International Airport. Tenants include The Palm Beach Consulting Group, Bankers Life and Powers McNalis Teebagy Luongo. Completed in 1983, Palm Beach International Plaza last underwent cosmetic renovations in 2003. The owner is set to repair the two five-story buildings, upgrade the main entrance, lighting and lobby.

NAI Merin Hunter Codman Principal Jason Sundook and Commercial Associate Christopher Smith will be in charge of leasing the property. Earlier this year, the commercial real estate services firm teamed up with an institutional investor to acquire International II, a 94,000-square-foot Sunrise office building.
