Westcore Properties has purchased Railhead Business Station, a 519,905-square-foot, Class A industrial campus in Fort Worth, Texas. The previous owner was BentallGreenOak, according to CommercialEdge data. Stream Realty Partners negotiated on behalf of the seller, while the buyer had in-house representation.

Westcore made its first Fort Worth purchase in April; the transaction involved North Quarter 35’s Buildings 1,2 and 4, encompassing a total of 485,330 square feet. The current deal brought the firm’s industrial portfolio in Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio and Houston to 6 million square feet.

The newest addition to Westcore’s DFW footprint

Developed between 2000 and 2007, the four-building industrial complex is at 401, 500, 600 and 800 Railhead Road. The facilities include 24-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, HVAC climate control systems, refrigerated storage options, warehousing spaces and ample vehicle and trailer parking space.

The property was fully occupied by 11 tenants at the time of sale. Its roster includes Johnson Controls, Innovative Business Services, Aero Performance and Fastenal, among others, the same source shows.

Railhead Business Station occupies 27 acres within the 366-acre Railhead Industrial Park, close to Interstate 35W and Loop 820. The property is 2 miles from Fort Worth Meacham International Airport, 20 miles from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and within 35 miles of downtown Dallas.
