The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors published its Global Commercial Property Monitor—a quarterly report on occupier and investor sentiment in commercial real estate markets across the world—for the first three months of 2019. The research outlines overall positive readings for the U.S. and some Asian markets such as India and Japan, and highlights the most stable European markets, which include Hungary and Germany. At the other end of the spectrum, we find the Middle East, now on the verge of an economic shift.

RICS Chief Economist Simon Rubinsohn takes a closer look at the most challenged and the top performing markets, touching on the macroeconomic factors that might become impending risks. Tune in to find out the good news from China and why inflation needs to be the main cause for concern among realtors.
