The Woodmont Co. Hires New SVP in California

Emily Iseminger, The Woodmont Co.

The Woodmont Co. has hired Emily Iseminger as senior vice president of brokerage services. Iseminger has 30 years of experience in retail real estate and she will assist Woodmont’s activities on the West Coast. In her new position, Iseminger will focus on working with retailers and restaurants on their real estate needs.

Prior to her new position, Iseminger was at Emily Iseminger Inc., which she founded in 1999. During her career, she has worked on behalf of various retail and restaurant brand. She oversaw leasing and development projects from conception to completion. The projects she worked on include traffic studies, pre-construction, zoning, variance, parcel map applications, planning of development sites and layout of shop space.

“The Woodmont Co. continues to look to grow its business with quality people who fit the company’s culture and who can provide value to its clients,” Grant Gary, Woodmont president of brokerage services, said in prepared remarks. “Emily’s experience in representing retailers and restaurants will be the perfect complement to our leasing and development teams.”
