NAI Merin Hunter Codman has completed a series of new leases at Centrepark, a nine-building office campus totaling 479,145 square feet in West Palm Beach, Fla. Chairman Neil Merin and Associate Shelbi Quinn represented the ownership in the lease negotiations.
The office complex encompasses Centrepark East and West and features a 10-story office tower, three low-rise buildings and five single-story properties. Centrepark West is currently 98 percent occupied. The latest additions to the park’s tenant roster are SV Microwave, Seacrest Services and Brown & Brown of Florida.
Long-term tenancy
SV Microwave, an affiliate of Times Microwave Systems, leased 68,091 square feet at 2301 and 2400 Centrepark West Drive. Seacrest Services, a real estate services company, signed a 10-year lease for 13,560 square feet at 2101 Centrepark West Drive. Brown & Brown of Florida, an independent insurance intermediary, agreed to occupy an 11,970-square-foot space at 1661 Worthington Road earlier this year.
“NAI Merin Hunter Codman has represented the Centrepark East and West collection of office buildings for a decade, all the while strategically managing the leasing and marketing of the asset to ensure that long-term tenancy and value creation are number one priorities,” said Merin, in a prepared statement.
Centrepark is proximate to Interstate 95, the Palm Beach International Airport and the city’s central business district. Nearby amenities include Clematis Street, the historical core of the city’s downtown area, and the 600,000-square-foot CityPlace shopping center.
